Have questions? We have answers

Explaining a calendar is easy... a hackable time management platform for teams, a bit less so. So here are our answers to the most common questions we're hearing.

If there's something left unanswered that you want to know, please ask!

How much does TimeTo cost?

Teams who join TimeTo during our early release will have free access while it remains in closed alpha and beta. Once TimeTo is opened broadly (planned for summer 2023), pricing will be on the number of seats you have. The final price is not yet fixed, though we are committed to offering an affordable price to teams. Those teams with early access will be offered our best rates once we open TimeTo broadly.

How will I find out when my team has access?

If you haven’t already, please take a moment to join the TimeTo waitlist.  Once we have your information and are ready for your team, you will receive an email invitation.

When will early access to TimeTo start?

We will open the alpha version of TimeTo in April 2023 to select teams. Its broad release is planned for summer 2023.

Can individuals use TimeTo?

Early access will be given first to teams as we are currently focused on automating a number of complex aspects of time orchestration across multiple calendars.

Can I invite my team?

Yes, once you have received an invite for your team, we will ask that you invite everyone to onboard. Feel free to invite your team members to join the waitlist.

What information does TimeTo store?

TimeTo is committed to storing only the information we need. This includes authentication tokens to your calendar accounts, metadata about your calendars, and workflow-specific data necessary to run the automations you select. You can learn more in our privacy policy.

How does TimeTo protect my privacy?

We are committed to collecting and storing only the information required to effectively run TimeTo. We delete data associated with your calendars as soon as it is no longer needed. We will never sell your data, nor do we share it with third parties beyond those trusted and carefully vetted partners who run our infrastructure. For more information, please review our privacy policy.

Do I need to use Morgen with TimeTo?

No, TimeTo is a standalone platform. In time we will add TimeTo’s integrations into Morgen as enriched features, but it will always be available regardless of whether you use Morgen or not.

Can I use Morgen with TimeTo?

Yes (we think it's the dream team, but we're just a little biased!). Once you’ve registered with TimeTo, you will be able to use that same account with Morgen. That said, during early access, Morgen users will not have automatic access to TimeTo. If you have a Morgen account and would like to use TimeTo, please sign-up for early access on the waitlist.

Do I need a developer to set up TimeTo automations?

The TimeTo platform has a number of automations that can be set up in a few clicks. Unless you want to customize these, no coding is necessary. It will be possible to create custom automations using our APIs. Please let us know if you are interested in learning more about using TimeTo APIs.

Is TimeTo open-sourced?

Not yet. Once TimeTo is released broadly, we will open-source our APIs. We’re excited to see how this community can work together to shape great automations for teams.

Will TimeTo automations be blocked by my company?

Some companies block access to third-party apps. If this is the case at your company, you will see a message when trying to connect your calendar account to TimeTo. In this case, you would need to reach out to your IT department to let them authorize Morgen. Please let us know if there is specific information you need to do so.
